A Welcome re-visit

I've had such a busy summer,
 not only with personal plans,
work but also incorporating care
 for my elderly Mother.

Unfortunately,
I have not been able to make full use of my membership at
Hestercombe Gardens,
so with a spare hour,
I actually ensured,
I would visit these local gardens once again.

This re-visit was lovely to see,
how the garden was still active,
 with floral displays,
created in such a natural setting

These gardens offer such tranquilty,
something which I have certainly missed recently.

A Memorable Harvest

Just love these corn dollies,
perfect for the changing of the seasons,
made especially for a friend's wedding.
These are to be hung on the end of the church pews,
 in a typical country village.

As the Groom is a from a farming family,
 and also a farmer himself,
 this was definitely well choosen
 for such a special occasion.

I really hope Adam & Naomi
have a truly memorable day on Saturday!

A July Wedding

The month of July,
I had the opportunity to photograph another wedding.

Both the Groom & Bride have careers in the Army.
As the Groom dressed in his Blues uniform,
the ideal colour theme was blue.

Above, the Bride's bouquet.

The two Bridesmaids had a single stemmed rose each.
