Apologises, but problems with Blogger!
Posted this post once only to find I couldn't access the site,

This post relates to a visit to
Forde Abbey, Somerset.
An Abbey,
which was desolate for  many years,
 before being taken into hand,
 to be run as a
family estate for at least 4 generations
exsisting to this present day.

The above fountain,
is only displayed at certain times of the day,
but definitely worth seeing.

The beautiful gardens have won awards,
& was definitely full of colour when I went to visit.

This is definitely a property full of character & unique charm

The estate even boast gardens
 that provide produce
to help cater for the restaurant

Still have more photos to show
the best of the gardens at Springtime.

More to follow........!
